Do You Have a Heart Wall?

What is a Heart Wall?

A heart wall is a trapped emotion that has lodged in the heart, forming a kind of wall in the heart.

Heart walls initially are typically trapped as a protection mechanism. However, after serving in that way, they can become impediments to feeling, connecting with others, creatively self-expressing, and loving one’s life to the fullest.

Releasing heart wall and other trapped emotions can help the people feel better, live more vibrantly, and have healthier connections with others.

How and Why Are Heart Walls Formed?

Heart walls form to help protect against emotional pain and can dull the sensation of whatever emotion may be too painful at the time. i.e. heartache, insecurity, etc.

However, once the moment of seemingly unendurable pain or situation that prompted a heart wall response has passed, the remaining heart wall can result in “emotional callousness and separation.”

Heart walls can be like ear plugs or tornado shelters, things that help us in more extreme situations but that we don’t want to keep engaging with or they can impede life or be problematic.

Heart walls can contribute to many discomforts or impede in the flow of energy and connection in and through the heart.

Do You Have a Heart-Wall?

Heart walls can contribute to challenges in human connection, intimacy, and empathy, living from our hearts and a place of love and gratitude, among others.

A heart wall can also play a part in physical issues and discomforts such as: neck, shoulder, or chest discomfort, fatigue, respiratory issues, affected nearby body parts, lower immune system function, and chronic issues of all different kinds.

Emotionally, heart walls can contribute to the experience of more negative emotions as the heart is holding on to a particular emotional experience that can be filtering the heart’s experience and bathing in that emotion. This can result in more frequent experiences of more negative emotions.

It’s worth saying that all emotions are valuable and none are good or bad. It’s simply that for emotional energy to flow freely, and for the body to experience its natural state of health, removing emotional vibrations that have served their purpose is beneficial.

Releasing emotional baggage can also help prevent disease, illness, and injury from forming before those imprints compound into the physical body.

Additional issues that heart walls can contribute to are disconnection from others and passion, feeling unmotivated, experiencing a lack of joy or feeling stuck in a comfort zone in an uncomfortable way and feeling unable to move out of it, creative blocks (including not being able to get things out of you and create what you know you are capable of, feeling a lack of inspiration, creative frustration, or shut down creatively), and self-sabotage.

Releasing heart walls can have subtle or obvious ripples throughout life and health.

Releasing a Heart Wall

A simple and easy way to clear out a heart wall is through The Emotion Code healing modality.

Removing a heart wall could enable you to feel lighter, experience more of your natural vitality, create deeper connection, have more empathy, be more collaborative, find greater success and creativity, experience more of life, feel calmer, more confident, and feel better physically.

The Power of the Heart

Heart walls can be removed and our hearts and bodies are amazingly resilient and powerful.

According to Discover Healing, the heart radiates the largest electromagnetic field of any organ at 60 times stronger than the output of the cranial brain.

The heart contains 40,000 specialized cells called “sensory neurites” that form a neural network that can think, feel and remember on their own as both short and long-term memory neurons. In essence, this means the heart is basically a little brain!

Because of this phenomenon of the heart’s intelligent nature, traumas that weren’t processed fully need to be addressed in both the heart and the brain. Releasing trapped emotions including heart walls can help support that process.

Being able to access and express the tremendous power and intelligence of the heart is potent. It can be life-changing to release a heart wall if that’s preventing the full expression of the heart’s life force. Accessing the natural power of the heart is empowering and liberating.
