I am Shelley (aka Shells).

 I am here to help you shine to your fullest radiance, live in vibrantly, and fulfill your highest calling. I’m dedicated to finding loving ways to unleash your potential and help you shine so you can live your most thriving life.

I can  help you naturally grow and refine your health-conscious lifestyle while getting you effective results. My aim is to do that with as much fun, effortless ease, grace, and joy as possible.

My goal is to fuel your empowerment with tools, resources, awareness, and guidance to help you experience the life of your highest dreams in alignment with your authentic self, heart and the highest good of all of us.

Your sovereign embodiment is key, and I’m here to support your deeply embodied journey as a sovereign being. I will meet you where you are currently, and in working together, I will offer customized ways of supporting you in the moment tailored specifically for you, with a well-informed perspective.

I am an experienced Healer who has dedicated my life to my calling and actualizing my highest potential through my own personal sovereign embodiment and dedicated learning journey.

I will do my best to give you the very best of what I have available to me, alchemized through my unique gifts and refined in offerings.

training and qualifications

My first-hand experience has led me to care deeply about our health and well-being (you, me, Earth, humanity, life).

On my journey, I suffered for years with a serious autoimmune condition as a teenager into my early twenties. It was brutal at times, and in my tenacious desire to be well I was led to my heartfelt & soulful calling as a healer.

It took me half of my life to get so sick, and the second half to journey into thriving health and discovering what having a full life could be, and actualizing many dreams.

Which, I can Truly say I’ve been able to do (and continue to grow into) first and foremost through God, intuition, & by natural means backed with revolutionary science and soul force.

In the process, I’ve found myself at the forefront of pioneering breakthroughs in health, healing and global peacemaking.

I am deeply committed to creating a world that is healthy, just, and sustainable and I take my healership with the seriousness and respect that it calls for, while doing my best to have fun and celebrate the wisdom of life each step of the way. I am honored and very blessed to do this work and share it with you.

My training as a healer has taught me that each of us is empowered in our own lives by our awareness, willingness and choice to be the change we wish to see in the world.

I respect your sovereignty and your innate capacity to actualize your God given gifts and ability to lead yourself. Your perspective of Truth is sacred, and deserves to be honored and respected.

My teaching and healing style is transformative and progressive in nature, designed to create lasting healthy & positive change at the root.

I’ve been through a lot in the dozen + years I’ve been practicing, apprenticing, & studying the healing arts. My experience has shown me a lot, including the vital necessity of creating safe healing spaces for ourselves.

I’m here to do my humanly best in the present moment to be a loving presence and embodied in holding space for healing, peace & freedom. I see being grounded and embodied is the foundation of thriving life.

It’s clear to me that right relationship is foundational to New Earth consciousness and building Heaven on Earth. I hold the intention is to be allowing and creating God’s divine plan for our respective and collective thriving to blossom.  

I know that together, we rise. And, while tending to our well-being, we can create adaptable Creative solutions to build a sustainable and just world.

Through my offerings and services, I intend to be a supportive presence and skilled practitioner of the Godly healing arts & educator.

I also find joy in nature, walking, live music, flowers, yoga, teas, road (and train) trips, reading, documentaries (i.e. Salt of the Earth, Marley, Food Choices, etc.), surfing, writing, spending quality time with family and soul sisters + brothers, building the beloved community, office supplies, and all things beautiful!
